    Head of Commercial – Online Sales & Retention
    This Telecoms and Media giant is looking for an extremely talented individual to take charge of their commercial channels and be responsible for the online sales and retention strategy. You’ll be taking charge of a fast growing team that you’ll lead to success.
    Recently there has been a huge shift to make online the main channel for the customer, whether that be re-contracting/cross-sell, product enquiries or customer help. Now all the necessary channels are in place this is where you come in to have a real focus on the sales and retention strategy through the online touchpoints (Web, Mobile, and App).
    You’ll be a commercially minded individual that’s able to come up with new, innovative ideas when it comes to creating and delivering the online strategy. You’ll be working cross functionally with the digital marketing, propositions and creative teams – so it’s key to be an extremely good influencer and get these teams working for you.
    Your previous experience:
    • Proven experience delivering increases in conversion and transactions on ecommerce, B2C websites
    • Experience defining and executing a digital strategy
    • Experience delivering digital campaigns and creating and implementing a successful retention programme
    • Management – inspiring and leading a team. In this it will be 4 people
    • Have strong commercial acumen and have worked in a commercial environment previously
    • Really get digital; understand where the industry is headed and how new technology and techniques can be used to best benefit the business
