Its not often an opportunity like this comes up in a small boutique agency where the Creative Lead (either CD or ECD depending on experience) is able to use the agency as a blank canvas to create the kind of work they really want to do. The Creative Lead will join the board, helping to shape and grow the start-up agency. Specialising in social and content, the agency is part of a larger network and has won several awards with their established client base in automotive, retail, fashion and lifestyle.
The Creative Lead will be a key creative figure in forging the agencys direction, creating a manifesto for the agency, inspiring key client meetings to reset their creative aspirations, and become a positive link with the creative team, even having a say on the art on the walls.

This role is not for the fainthearted. Joining at the top level, the Creative Lead will have to collaborate with other demanding senior individuals and will have to do a confident presentation (2nd stage) to the senior team to meet their expectations, aspirations and show ambition, and leadership. The Creative Lead will act as the absolute core to the agencys offering and culture. The ideal person is someone that has stepped out of the big agency machine and see the lack of structure as a benefit not a problem.
