Digital Optimisation Manager
I am currently recruiting for a great new opportunity with an exciting retailer who are looking for a Web Optimisation Manager to join the business. This is a newly created role as part of the companies transformation within it's digital presance and will be responsible for overseeing digital optimisation and analytics across all markets and digital channels. Working closely with the Digital Projects Manager to create the business road map of driving performance you will be tasked to promote the analytical culture throughout the digital team, installing key metrics of insight alongside the Head of Digital and Senior Ecommerce Manager.
A leading brand within their market and at exciting time of their development, you will have the ownership and the scope to build this role within the team and play a key part in the digital success of the business.
What we are looking for...
- Previous experience within an ecommerce environment is preferable but not a must if you are able to apply your knowledge in this field.
- Excellent analytical skills Google Analytics / IBM Analytics,advanced Excel skills.
- Knowledge of deploying A/B or multivariate testing and methodologies.
- A passion for the custimer journey and naturally inquisitive on what your competitors are doing within the market.
Location: Central London
Salary: Up to £55k
