    A top digital and transformation agency are looking for a business development manager

    This is an opportunity to make a mark and help shape the growth of an already well respected agency. The shop is already 80 strong, with top talent across digital, analytics, data and design.

    You will:
    Be a natural business developer with 5+ years' experience in a new business role
    Have worked in the digital space and have a good grasp on the market
    Be able to meet challenging deadlines
    Have excellent attention to detail
    Think creatively, finding new ways of approaching a new business challenge

    Responsibilities:
    work with the leadership team to create and execute new business strategies that will win new clients
    Proactively build and maintain relationships
    Encourage and support the leadership team in building their own networks
    Stay current and knowledgeable on the competitors and client/market shifts

    Pitching:
    Ensure processes and tools are in place to win pitches
    Respond to all tender submissions, assisting with speculative proposals and presentations
    Support the leadership team in creating pitch winning strategies
    Manage the pitch process

    Marketing Support:
    Building case studies that showcase the agency
    Contributing to Th_nk's social media and owned channels
    Creating POV ideas/articles that will help support new business
    Running agency events that will help build relationships and pipeline
