    Retention CRM Executive

    Our client is one of the UK’s leading independent media groups known for its award winning national publications both in print and online. They are looking to expand their CRM Marketing department and need a Retention CRM Executive to join their busy and developing team.

    The purpose of the role is to work closely with the CRM and Retention teams to deliver retention, customer loyalty and in-life campaigns for all revenue products. You will focus on customer retention, upselling, cross selling and targeting through multi-channel campaigns.

    You will work with the Head of Retention and CRM Managers to identify trigger points and minimise churn while implementing and delivering successful loyalty and retention campaigns and helping to build customer journeys. You will liaise with internal teams across creative, planning, business management, data insight and acquisition.

    The successful candidate will have proven experience within a B2C digital environment, hand on data driven CRM and retention activity experience across both print and digital. They will have experience with Exact Target, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics and a working knowledge of HTML. They will have a good understanding of customer journeys, lifestyle marketing, customer segmentation and campaign automation. They will also have the ability to provide insight through reporting and data analysis.
