    A leading high-street retailer is on the hunt for a UX Researcher to join their team in Central London. Working closely with the rest of the UX team, this is an exciting role that has a lot of scope and room for growth. This could be a great opportunity for a mid-weight looking to take a step up into a more senior role or a senior who is looking to manage and take ownership of a team and function.

    The UX Researcher will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the digital roadmap by being the go to person for qualitative and quantitative research to help drive change across all of the customer channels. The role covers the full UX Research spectrum and will be reporting to the Senior UX Manager.

    Key responsibilities of the UX Researcher are:
    • To own all research outputs, planning and strategy
    • To ensure the outcomes of the research are taken on board and absorbed into the UX Design process
    • You will be the voice of UX Research to the wider business
    • To present findings to stakeholders of all levels
    • Managing a team of UX Researchers and working closely with the rest of the UX team
    • To plan and carry out strategic research projects to explore and understand users
    • To ensure that the most appropriate research methods are used based on project requirements

    To qualify for the role you will need:
    • Experience of working in a User Research role in a digital business – preferably retail but open to sector
    • Demonstrable experience researching all elements of the online and offline customer journey
    • Experience in optimising navigation, categorisation and all elements of Information Architecture
    • Experience in planning, setting up and running multiple research projects
    • Proven track record of utilising qualitative and quantitative research methods
    • Experience of presenting to senior stakeholders
    • Experience of working international markets
    • Knowledge of Web Analytics packaged – Adobe and GA
    • Experience of AB Testing and the optimisation processes

    Salary: £50-65k
