    Senior Account Manager – Consumer Brands

    My client are a leading digital marketing agency and they are on the lookout for a dynamic, confident and considerate account manager to join their busy team in London. As a successful account manager you will have excellent interpersonal skills, a real drive to succeed and result driven approach to your work. Due to the nature of the company you will need to have solid understanding of the role of PR in clients’ marketing mix as well as other marketing disciplines.

    You are well organised and adaptable to change with high attention to detail, you have proven experience in building and nurturing effective working relationships with the ability to develop strategies for the client you work with. You will be happy working in a fast paced working environment in a renowned organisation and as part of a global network. You will be rewarded with steady career progression.

    Essential Skills:
    • Experience of working on large consumer brands in PR and social media and having day to day client contact
    • Ability to juggle accounts and deadlines in a fast paced environment
    • Superb verbal and written communication skills along with a high attention to detail
    • Good consumer/lifestyle media contacts in national and consumer press and other influencers such as bloggers, vloggers and ‘super influencers with a large following
    • Excellent and proven account management skills including the ability to prepare strategic action plans, reviews, proposals, presentations and budgets
    • Ability to demonstrate understanding of consumer attitudes, motivations and behaviours in social environments
    • Proven experience of working on successful campaigns across Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Flickr and emerging social media platforms
    • A Bachelor’s degree (BA or BSc)
    • An entrepreneurial spirit with a thirst for learning, growing and developing
    • Highly organised with the ability to hit the ground running and meet project timelines
