    Our client is one of the UK’s leading independent media groups known for its award winning national publications both in print and online. They are looking for someone to develop and implement a dynamic segmentation and audience strategy. This strategy will drive awareness, acquisition and retention of products and services.

    The role will focus on understanding audience needs and changing behaviours and how data can be used to understand the customer's needs. You will be developing a data planning strategy for how to use rich media assets to maximise customer engagement; mapping customer journeys as well as refining and optimising them to ensure the best customer experience; establishing new business rules, auditing communications and sending out monthly reports etc; working closely with the data and insight team to develop the segmentation strategy; developing a test and learn framework; developing a framework to ensuring tracking and reporting of these segments; monitoring campaign performance; working with the marketing and data team to generate a data collection that will drive high value customer acquisitions; have an excellent understanding of customer data; promote CRM best practice

    The successful candidate will have solid experience of working as a Data Planner in a digital agency with strong working knowledge of Google Analytics and Tableau. They will have set up and run CRM programmes and have experince with database marketing and customer segmentation. They will also have developed omni-channel customer journeys and have a very analytical mind.
