    A well known Media company are on the hunt for a Digital Data Planner to join their team. They are looking for someone to develop and implement a dynamic segmentation and audience strategy. This strategy will drive awareness, acquisition and retention of products and services.

    The role will be the voice of the customer, so you will need to understand audience needs and changing behaviours and how this data can be used to understand the customer's needs.

    Responsibilities of the role will include:
    - Developing a data planning vision of how to use rich media assets to maximise customer engagement
    - Map customer journeys as well as refining and optimising them to ensure the best customer experience
    - Establishing new business rules, audit communications and send out monthly reports etc
    - Work closely with the data and insight team to develop the segmentation strategy
    - Develop a test and learn framework
    - Develop a framework to ensuring tracking and reporting of these segments
    - Monitoring campaign performance
    - Work with the marketing and data team to generate a data collection that will drive high value customer acquisitions
    - Have an excellent understanding of customer data
    - Promote CRM best practice

    To qualify for the role you will need:
    - Experience of working as a Data Planner in a digital agency
    - An Analytical mind
    - Experience with Google Analytics and Tableau
    - Experience of setting up and running CRM programmes
    - Excellent presentation skills
    - Experience of developing omni-channel customer journeys
    - Experience of Database marketing and customer segmentation

    Salary: £40-45k
